Who we are

Frog Hollow Hospitality Group was founded in
2010 by chef-owner Sean Wight with the opening of Frog Hollow Tavern, Augusta’s first farm to table dining and social club. Flavorful dishes and high service standards brought immediate success and helped jump start Augusta’s culinary resurgence.

In addition, Frog Hollow Tavern’s success brought a renewed interest to the downtown Augusta area. In the spirit of creating community in the historic Broad Street area, Chef Wight opened Farmhaus Burger in
2012 and Craft & Vine in 2014, blocks from his original restaurant, playing a vital role in the economic development of the area. In 2016, Frog Hollow Hospitality Group opened their second location of Farmhaus Burger in Columbia County, followed by Frog & the Hen
in 2019.

Chef Sean Wight’s roots in the area have heavily influenced his culinary philosophy. The menus at each Frog Hollow Hospitality Group restaurant focus on the region’s bountiful harvest and partnerships with local farms.
